GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Behaviour and conduct of the student in the classes as well as the institutes premises and elsewhere should be strictly in adherence with academic persuit. Violation of any rule given below will result into severe disciplinary action. Student expelled on ground of indiscipline shall not be entitled to any certificate, award of degree, refund of fee extra.

ATTENDANCE

A student must secure a minimum 85% attendance in the class.

IDENTITY CARD

Identity card will be issued to all students and it is mandatory for all the
students to put on the ID card while in institution.

UNIFORM

Student are to wear proper clean uniform otherwise they will not be permitted in the premises of Institute. The uniform will be provided by the institute itself.

RAGGING

Any sort of ragging activity is strictly prohibited. student found guilty are liable for severe punishment and the matter shall be brought in the notice of parents & near by police station.

DAMAGE TO INSTITUTE PROPERTY

The student shall remain responsible individually or collectively for any damage to the property of the institution..

WORKING HOURS

The institution will remain open on all working days between 9 am and 5 pm. The student need to attend classes according to the roster which may change weekly.

HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS

All gazetted holidays observed by the Central and State Government shall be considered by the institution. Information regarding vacations shall be intimated through notice board.

EXAMINATIONS

Internal assessment based on regularity, turn out, punctuality and conduct shall be emphasized upon, apart from routine class test, seminar, project report etc. Annual Examinations shall be held at the end of each academic year, the dates of which shall
be notified examination centers as prescribed by the University.
Management Rights

Management reserves right to add in curriculum timing, duration and also fee of RVIRMS if necessary. Wherever policy is not defined the discretion of the Management shall be final. The Management shall not stand liable in case of any change in syllabus, examination, pattern and duration with regard to courses from the Governing University (Madurai Kamraj University).
